How is this different from a personal trainer?

We are Doctors of Physical Therapy with advanced training in exercise programming and biomechanics. We design programs based on assessment data and adjust based on your body's response — not generic templates.

How often do we adjust the program?

We typically reassess every 4-6 weeks, but we make adjustments more frequently if needed based on your recovery and performance data.

Can I do this if I'm training at a gym?

Absolutely. We design programs for commercial gyms, home gyms, and CrossFit boxes. Just let us know what equipment you have access to.

What if I get injured while following the program?

We have you covered. As part of our programming clients, you have access to our treatment services at a discounted rate if injuries arise. We'll modify your program to keep training while you recover.
