By accessing or using the PT Liftology website (ptliftology.com), booking an appointment, enrolling in a CEU course, or consenting to receive text messages from PT Liftology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. PT Liftology reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Nature of Services

PT Liftology provides one-on-one, cash-pay outpatient physical therapy services performed by licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy. Services include but are not limited to: sports rehabilitation, orthopedic manual therapy, dry needling, movement analysis, and return-to-performance programming.

Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

The information on this website and the services provided by PT Liftology are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Cash-Pay Model

PT Liftology is a cash-pay practice and is not contracted with insurance companies. Patients pay directly for services. We provide a superbill after each visit that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA accounts are accepted.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked online through Jane App or by calling (512) 653-0210
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
• PT Liftology reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and active inquiries. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. PT Liftology does not charge for text messages.
