Dan is a fellowship-trained orthopedic DPT with board certification in orthopedics (OCS) and a CSCS. He competes in HYROX and built PT Liftology around the clinical problems he sees every week — athletes in pain who just want to keep training. His teaching is direct, evidence-grounded, and heavy on lab time.

Elaine is a certified manual therapist and competitive Olympic weightlifter. She brings a rare combination of hands-on clinical skill and deep personal experience under the bar. She has helped hundreds of lifters and athletes stay healthy and return to competition, and she brings the same rigor to her teaching.
