Movement Analysis — Cedar Park & Leander, TX
The secret to your pain or plateau is in how you move. We find the dysfunctions that other therapists miss — and fix them.
The secret to your pain or plateau is in how you move. We find the dysfunctions that other therapists miss — and fix them.
If you've been stuck in pain, hit a performance plateau, or keep getting injured despite training hard, your movement patterns are likely the culprit. This is for you if:
We assess your actual lifts under actual load — not just bodyweight squats. Bring your lifting shoes. We watch you move the way you train.
We assess your squat, deadlift, press, or sport movement under load — in your actual gear. Not generic patterns in a clinic hallway.
When we find a restriction, we treat it right there. You'll move better in the same session — not after weeks of home exercises.
We identify what you can and can't load safely — then build around it so your training doesn't stop while we fix the problem.
We discuss your injuries, training history, and what you want to achieve. This helps us tailor the assessment to your needs.
We run you through a series of movements to identify asymmetries, compensations, and mobility restrictions.
Whether it's your squat, deadlift, run, or golf swing — we record and analyze your key movements.
You leave with exercises specifically chosen for your dysfunctions — not generic stretches anyone can find on YouTube.

Plan for 60-75 minutes. This gives us enough time for a thorough assessment and to teach you your corrective exercises properly.
Wear whatever you normally train in. Tank tops and shorts are ideal so we can see your movement clearly. We'll have you do bodyweight movements, so bring your training shoes if you wear them.
Often yes. Your initial session gives you the roadmap, but we typically recommend 2-4 follow-up sessions to ensure your movement patterns are changing and to progress your program.
