Education: Holds degrees in Chemistry and Kinesiology and a DPT from Texas State University. Fellowship trained in Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
Athletic Background: In the past, martial arts and gymnastics. Was on the University of Texas's women's gymnastics team. Competitive Crossfit athlete turned nationally-ranked Olympic Weightlifter
Background: military veteran with extensive experience in physical training and rehabilitation.
Career: Former U.S. Navy Seabee, U.S. Army NCO with the 101st Airborne division with deployments to Afghanistan and Germany.
Education: DPT from Texas State University. Fellowship trained in Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
Athletic Background: In the past grew up playing baseball and skateboarding. Former NPC Men’s Physique Competitor.
Currently integrating powerlifting with triathlon training into a new sport called a PowerTri. Most recent is Olympic Weightlifting.
