Meet our founders

Elaine Tsay, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Background: A competitive spirit from Arlington, TX, with roots in soccer, Tae Kwon Do, and gymnastics.

Career: Competed with the University of Texas Gymnastics team; currently an avid CrossFit athlete and Olympic Weightlifter.

Education: Holds degrees in Chemistry and Kinesiology and a DPT from Texas State University. Fellowship trained in Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy.

Athletic Background: In the past, martial arts and gymnastics. Was on the University of Texas's women's gymnastics team. Competitive Crossfit athlete turned nationally-ranked Olympic Weightlifter

Dan Cole, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, CSCS

Background: military veteran with extensive experience in physical training and rehabilitation.
Career: Former U.S. Navy Seabee, U.S. Army NCO with the 101st Airborne division with deployments to Afghanistan and Germany.
Education: DPT from Texas State University. Fellowship trained in Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
Athletic Background: In the past grew up playing baseball and skateboarding. Former NPC Men’s Physique Competitor. Currently integrating powerlifting with triathlon training into a new sport called a PowerTri. Most recent is Olympic Weightlifting.

  • Dan Cole: Hailing from Los Angeles, Dan brings a diverse background as a former military member, passionate skateboarder, and baseball enthusiast. With nearly 13 years in the military and 8 years in the physical therapy field, focusing on orthopedic manual therapy, Dan’s expertise lies in high-level athletic training and rehabilitation.
  • Elaine Tsay: A nationally ranked Olympic lifter and former University of Texas gymnast, Elaine has competed at the highest levels of sport. With nearly a decade in physical therapy, she excels in diagnosing and correcting subtle movement discrepancies that achieve outstanding results.
